Description

Strawberry Dragon – lightness that surprises

Strawberry Dragon – an unconventional, surprising, and exceptionally harmonious blend – combines qualities valued both in gastronomy and retail. Some teas are legendary, as their flavor can unite worlds that, at first glance, seem incompatible. And that's precisely what Strawberry Dragon is: a green tea from Vietnam with delicate, twisted leaves meets white Pai Mu Tan, known for its subtlety and elegance. This combination of green and white tea is no coincidence.. Green tea ensures stability during brewing, while white tea provides delicacy and lower caffeine levels.

Strawberry slices are also added, bringing a soft, juicy touch of summer to the infusion. Raisins add fullness and a delicate sweetness, and the whole is woven together by a natural fruity aroma – warm, slightly dessert-like, evoking memories of summer days spent in a blooming garden. Upon contact with hot water, the strawberry slices swell slightly, releasing an aroma reminiscent of homemade preserves, giving the infusion a natural flavor difficult to achieve in many fruit blends based solely on aromas. Raisins act as a subtle flavor stabilizer in this tea: they don't dominate, but balance the strawberry's acidity and delicately soften the dryness of green and white teas.

Vietnam has been cultivating high-altitude teas for years, whose hand-picked leaves retain extraordinary freshness and a slightly nutty nuance. Pai Mu Tan (White Peony), on the other hand, is a classic of the Chinese tradition, known for its light infusion and floral, almost creamy flavor. This blend combines two worlds – freshness and subtlety, energy and serenity. Together, they create a foundation in which both types of tea complement each other so naturally that the entire blend acquires its own recognizable character. Combining Vietnamese green tea with classic Pai Mu Tan white tea creates a base based on leaves of high purity and minimal processing.

Taste and aroma

Dried strawberry slices were selected to enhance the flavor while leaving a noticeable presence of tea. The first sip reveals a delicate aroma – green notes intertwine with the mild sweetness of the fruit. The strawberries lend the infusion a natural lightness and fruity charm, while the raisins enhance the impression of smoothness, providing a velvety undertone. White tea, in turn, softens the flavor profile, adding depth and harmony. Once brewed, Strawberry Dragon captivates not only with its taste but also with its aroma – warm, summery, with hints of freshly cut grass and ripe fruit.

For whom?

This tea is designed for those who prefer milder, fruity flavors without overt sweetness. It can be an attractive option for cafés, tearooms, and restaurants seeking lighter, yet more refined blends. Its versatile flavor profile makes it suitable for year-round use; in the summer, it works well as a cold brew.

How to brew Strawberry Dragon tea?

For 200 ml of water at 80–90°C, use approximately 1 teaspoon of dried herb (2–3 g). The optimal brewing time is 2–3 minutes. A shorter brewing time will bring out the mildness of white tea, while a longer brewing time will emphasize the green notes and fruity aroma.

Why is it worth having in your offer?

Strawberry Dragon stands out for its appearance and aroma: large strawberry slices attract attention, and the delicate aroma of the tea is easily memorable. It's an excellent option for both individual customers and restaurants – it works well in seasonal beverage menus, gift sets, or as an alternative to classic green teas. It combines an attractive appearance with high-quality leaves, translating into real sales potential year-round.
