Deliveries
We make sure that the deliveries of our products – teas and coffees of the highest quality – are carried out efficiently, on time and in line with expectations We offer flexible solutions tailored to the needs of wholesalers, stores, and packaging companies.
We realize that for many of our partners, time and reliability of delivery are crucial, which is why we focus on transparent rules, fast execution, and direct contact.
Deliveries and order fulfillment
- Order processing time: Standard delivery time is 2 to 3 business days from order confirmation.
- Shipping costs: determined individually depending on the size of the order and place of delivery.
- Minimum order: the minimum order quantity is 1 kg of a given type of tea or coffee (or as agreed individually in the case of long-term cooperation).
- Delivery methods: We work with trusted courier and freight forwarding companies. For larger orders, we organize pallet and container deliveries.
- Personal pickup: possible after prior arrangement of the date at our headquarters in Warsaw.
- Complaints: In the event of damage to the goods during transport, please immediately prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact our office.
- Special logistical needs: We process orders for packaged products, custom-made mixtures, and deliveries on a specified schedule (e.g. weekly deliveries to regular customers).
