I. Basic principles of data processing

  1. We process Users’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 ("GDPR") and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.
  2. The personal data controller is Mirosław Jedynak WEGA, ul. Heliotropów 29, staircase B, room 4, 04-796 Warsaw, identified by the following numbers: NIP 532-132-77-30, REGON 141253619.
  3. The Data Protection Officer is Mirosław Jedynak, who is the administrator of personal data and acts to ensure that data is processed in accordance with the provisions on their protection.

II. Collection of personal data

  1. We collect personal data through the following forms: newsletter subscription and contact form, available at https://wegaimport.pl

III. Types of data processed

  1. We process data such as: names, surnames, e-mail.
  2. We analyze the open rate and effectiveness of electronic correspondence sent to newsletter subscribers to best tailor subsequent mailings to their preferences.

IV. Purposes and principles of personal data processing

  1. We process personal data to:
  • Inform newsletter recipients about the company's activities;
  • respond to messages sent via the contact form;
  • create correspondence tailored to the interests and preferences of recipients;
  • invite you to events we organize;
  • organize and conduct training;

We process personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. your consent to their processing, and in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR as necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, in particular responding to correspondence, including e-mail correspondence and sending the newsletter.
  2. If you have consented to the processing of your data, we will process your data until you withdraw your consent or until you object to our processing of your data.
  3. The company helps us prepare electronic correspondence MailerLite Limited with its registered office in Ireland at 38 Mount Street Upper, Dublin 2, D02 PR89 Ireland, identified by VAT number: IE3748416JH.
    MailerLite Limited provides us with a professional tool for creating and sending newsletters, as well as analyzing message open rates. It also allows for personalization and the scheduling of automatic, recurring messages. When collaborating with this service provider, data is entrusted based on a concluded contract, and recipient data is used solely for our correspondence with recipients and to analyze whether the content is of interest to them. Entrusted data MailerLite Limited  are: names, surnames, e-mail.
  4. Due to the fact that the Controller uses external service providers, such as Google, Microsoft, and YouTube, your data may be transferred outside the European Union to third countries, such as the United States of America (USA). Personal data will only be transferred to recipients who guarantee the highest level of data protection and security, for example, through the use of security mechanisms provided for in the GDPR or the use of standard contractual clauses.

V. Rights regarding personal data

  1. The right to access data – everyone has the right to obtain information from us as to whether we are processing their personal data, to access it, and to obtain information about the purposes of its processing, pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR.
  2. The right to request rectification of data – everyone has the right to request that we immediately rectify their personal data if it is incorrect or incomplete, pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR.
  3. The right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten") - you have the right to request that we erase your personal data without delay, and we are obliged to erase it without undue delay, unless we are legally required to continue processing it, pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR.
  4. The right to restrict data processing – everyone has the right to request that we do not process their data in any way other than storing it while we are considering another request regarding personal data, pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR.
  5. The right to data portability and access – everyone has the right to receive from us all personal data processed by us in a structured, commonly used format, as well as the right to transfer it to another controller, pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR.
  6. The right to object – everyone has the right to object to our processing of their data, pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR.
  7. Right to withdraw consent – You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, pursuant to Article 7(3) of the GDPR.
