Yes. We only work with trusted suppliers. We provide quality documentation upon request. We ensure that each batch meets high standards \u2013 both in terms of raw material quality and safety. Our products are regularly inspected, and our purchasing process is based on long-standing relationships with producers whose cultivation and production methods we understand and verify. Yes, because we offer organically grown teas and coffees, slight variations between batches are normal\u2014due to seasonal harvests, weather conditions, and plantation location. We deliver by courier, pallet or container transport, or we offer personal collection at our headquarters in Warsaw \u2013 upon prior arrangement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard order processing time is 2 to 3 business days from order confirmation and payment receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15. Do you deliver goods outside Poland?<\/strong>
